Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a massage using a blend of vegetable oil such as jojoba or almond oil, with one or more essential oils. Essential oils are extracted from petals, fruit or bark of the plant or tree to name but a few. They each have different therapeutic properties so using this knowledge a blend is created to suit your individual requirements.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a treatment for your feet although hands and face can also be used. The feet are a microcosm of the body and are skillfully manipulated using a series of pressure point, mobility and massage movements to re-establish the body’s natural equilibrium.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage uses a combination of massage movements to make the treatment both relaxing and revitalising. The percussion movements are fast movements that are great for stimulating the circulation and lymph flow and thus assisting in the elimination of waste products from the system.
