I qualified as an holistic therapist in 1993. The word holistic is derived from the Greek word “holos” which means whole. It means that as an holistic therapist I advise on how making small changes to areas such as diet and exercise can make a big difference to your health and well being.

Since qualifying, I have worked in a variety of locations in and around Glasgow. In 2006 I started working within Neal’s Yard Remedies in Glasgow City Centre where I still practice on a Saturday afternoon
